AKDC is built on the belief that art belongs to everyone. Our community work reaches the elderly, survivors of violence, disabled participants, refugees, neurodiverse youth and others who may otherwise never experience Kuchipudi. Through rhythm, storytelling, and movement, we help people reclaim joy, identity, and agency. We work with around 10 different organisations each year.
Step into the world of Kuchipudi brought alive by AKDC – where every performance is a celebration of rhythm, heritage, and humanity. From palaces and parliaments to hospitals and festivals, our work redefines Indian classical dance for contemporary, global audiences.
